Always a good idea to use a trustworthy VPN service. Unfortunately, Paypal might deny access to your account if you have VPN enabled. Paypal somehow manages to collect enough data from my Ipad to allow me to log on, but they strictly deny access to my account from my desktop computer while my VPN service is active.
