December 11, 2015

surfeasy - vpn service.Opera had purchased the SurfEasy VPN service in 2015. After a few months of this acquisition, Opera has decided to include a SurfEasy VPN service extension of its flagship browser. The Opera32 browser for desktop and other supported operating systems like Windows, Mac and Linux will be able to use the new Opera browser with the SurfEasy extension.

If you would like to download the SurfEasy VPN service, it can be done only if, you get a prompt to download the extension once you open a new private tab in the Opera browser. There is no doubt that Opera would have more plans ready for making the most of this VPN acquisition.

The Opera SurfEasy extension service is not offered for free. It will only allow 500MB of free transfer for a user. You need to pay $3.99 a month if you are using the Opera desktop version browser with VPN service. You need to cough up $2.49 to enjoy the mobile app with unlimited access.

There are many other features on offer in the new Opera web browser. The most significant one, though, is the SurfEasy extension. With this browser, you can now access all websites by bypassing the local firewalls.
