Telegram is blocked on Russian territory since April 13. According to the sentence, the messenger will be blacklisted until the Federal Security Service gets ciphering keys. Thus, the country with the population of 144+ million people has not access to Telegram.
NB! Previously, the Russian authorities imposed a penalty of 800 000 ₽ on this messenger.
Telegram spokesman declared that it is impossible to accomplish it in view of some technical issues. Besides, it contradicts to Telegram privacy policy.
How to unblock Telegram in Russia?
